The rooftop pool was a big highlight, offering stunning views and a relaxing spot to unwind, although one side of the jacuzzi wasn't operational during my stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast options. there was a great variety of both hot and cold foods, fresh pastries, and fruits available. One area that needed improvement was the bar service. My cocktails were watered down, and I had a frustrating experience when I was incorrectly charged for a cocktail I sent back. The front desk staff could also use more training in customer service, as I encountered a rather unhelpful employee when discussing the bill at checkout. I didn't appreciate being charged for coffee capsules used in the room either, as it felt unnecessary for a five-star hotel. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, but the location and food made it worthwhile.
